STEP 1 – REVIEW THE DESIGN BRIEF

Getting the design brief from the client. Ascertain the client’s budget and deadline for delivering the project assets. Completing the work by the due date is an essential character attribute for Barazi team.

Our team will analyze the brief, scanning for keywords and deliverables, consider how long the design process will be and factor this into their work plan.

The brief must have:

  • Deliverables
  • Theme/pictorial element
  • Visual look and feel
  • Fonts
  • Color preferences

STEP 2 – RESEARCH AND DISCOVERY

Research will make a better engagement with the client’s needs, considering:

  • Understanding the business sector
  • Target demographic (age, gender, location)
  • History & culture of the brand
  • Understanding the brand value and vision
  • The client’s industry and main competitors

STEP 3 – BRAINSTORM AND SKETCH CONCEPTS

Now is the time to pull all the ideas together. Starting by creating symbols, concepts, slogans and themes and keeping in mind the latest graphic design trends when we’re working.

STEP 4 – BUILD ON OUR CONCEPTS

Our team will develop some different finished concepts to give our client some choice.

We will explain the concepts to the client in a design rationale, which explains the reasons behind each concept.

We will listen to and analyze our client when they share their view or perspective on our concepts. The client may want us to mix and match from all concepts we have presented or come up with something entirely or to make requests for little design tweaks.

From there, we will further develop and be more attentive to one design.
